“Quaint hotel walking distance from d'Orsay. The rooms are well appointed but a bit snug if you are traveling with luggage. The staff, in particular Stepania and Pedro, were fantastic, exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is very generous. Next time in Paris, I'd come back.”

“It was a lovely stay and every member of the staff was pleasant and helpful. The only reason I did not give 5 starts is I think the breakfast was not great. My suggestion would be to have a continental buffet style. The cheese in packages and apple sauce felt not very upscale”

“We love this very welcoming hotel. I chose it for my birthday weekend. Rooms are small but comfortable. The location is excellent. The breakfast which is served on nice china is soothing. All the staff are extremely friendly with the blonde woman who is at reception during the day especially helpful. This is what a stay in Paris should be like.”

“I will recommend your hotel to all of my friends that plan to go to Paris. The breakfast was delicious ! The waitress that served me while I was there was so friendly and polite. Stephanie, at the front desk ,was so very helpful and kind. She offered to arrange a taxi to take me to the airport and answer all of my questions. Another member of your staff, kindly lent me a charger for my phone.”

“This is our 2nd stay at Hôtel Saint Germain. It is the perfect location and a quiet, clean, 4 star hotel near Blvd. St. Germain Des Prés. My best friend and I chose a room with twin beds. Each staff member is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to do anything to make your stay, better. For example, we wanted extra pillows and a 2nd blanket. They arrived in minutes. The 24/7 desk is reassuring though this Arrondissement is quite safe anyway. We had breakfast in our room most mornings; a wonderful French breakfast with great coffee! It is 5 Euros extra for breakfast in the room, fyi. The staff arranged a driver to wait for us on arrival at CDG, and had our taxi waiting when we left. The rooms are darling. Beautifully decorated. Small, naturally, but there are 2 closets for storing luggage, or hanging clothes. Do ask for extra toilet paper. They provide only 2 medium sized rolls. We prefer the room to be cooler and could easily control the A/C. The TV is a Smart TV and you can connect to cast with your phone. The elevator is small, as most are, but the spiral staircase is so pretty, we chose it unless we had luggage or bags. You can use Uber Eats with delivery to the hotel, too. Hôtel Saint Germain is a lovely, truly French hotel, with rooms on each side of the reception desk to rest a bit, a full bar, and they will keep your luggage if you arrive before your room is ready. Le Bon Marché is a short walk, same for Notre Dame, Le Seine, and the right bank. Too many cafés and brasseries to list, all nearby. Room service runs through 11:00 pm. Staff can book reservations for you virtually anywhere. Looking forward to a third visit!”
